Program Overview

Both the Bachelor's of Theology and Bachelor's of Arts programs offer the following majors: Pastoral Ministries, Global Ministries, Worship and Music Ministries, Youth Ministries and Children's Ministries.

"Hands on ministry training" is the focus of Horizon College & Seminary (Horizon) allowing students the opportunity to learn both in the classroom and in their chosen ministry field. While training at the college students will participate in an 8 month internship, Christian service, chapels, and many other activities that will prepare them, shape them, and encourage them throughout their ministry and walk with the Lord.

Highlights

Horizon is an affiliated college of the University of Saskatchewan (U of S). Through this, students receive a U of S student card allowing them access to facilities as well as the opportunity to play on recreational sports teams
Through a partnership with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) Horizon offers a unique one year certificate called Global Missions Force. Students spent the first semester learning in the classroom and receiving discipleship training and then go on a 2-4 month missions experience
