Institute Overview

Dedication to student success is Algonquin College's (the College) guiding principal and is demonstrated through the quality of programs, staff, the continual expansion of its facilities, and by forging strategic partnerships. Every action since the College was established in 1967 has been to ensure students have access to the education and skills training demanded by the marketplace to launch a rewarding career. The College celebrates 42 years as a leader in post secondary education, has undergone significant growth since its establishment, and continues to grow today. All three Algonquin College Campuses (Ottawa, Perth, Pembroke) are undergoing major expansion projects in 2011.

Highlights

Students benefit from full access to the college network, printers, e-resources, student services, and numerous virtual resources all from within the AMLC
  • Algonquin is investing heavily in a brand new web presence which will provide rich, dynamic and relevant content to students, faculty and staff going forward
